Manage relationships with service providers and vendors. Assist with travel accommodations, and provide first point of contact with visitors.

Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation. Strategize and plan workforce needs with directors and managers. Provide support to develop and maintain talent management processes. Collaborate with the human resources team to develop effective recruitment strategies and assist with sourcing/recruiting when needed.

Project Assistant must be organized and detailed to support ongoing projects. Some responsibilities of the role include:

  • Providing administrative support to PMs and staff
  • Coordinate and prioritize daily activities
  • Attend and lead meetings on behalf of the PM when needed
  • Creating and maintaining reports on budget, timelines and deliverables in coordination with the PM

Ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years experience as an project assistant or project coordinator.
